  • I believe in the importance of investing in our youth and regularly volunteer with the Kids Community Program at my local church.
  • Because athletics are a huge part of my life, I currently volunteer as the Treasurer for the Vermillion Youth Soccer League.
  • The importance of community connection is so important in a small town like Vermillion. Because of this, I host a women's group throughout the year to help women connect and find fellowship within our community.
  • I am a proud Veteran and assist with my husband's family readiness group within his unit.

Interests

  • My family is a huge part of my life. I have been married for 12 years and have 2 sons and 1 daughter.
  • I enjoy watching my three kids participate in various activities and athletics including dance, football, basketball, soccer, and wrestling.
  • I enjoy travelling throughout the country and finding new places to explore with my family. Our goal is to visit every state within the U.S.
  • We typically spend our summers fishing, kayaking, and swimming.
  • I served in the SD Army National Guard for 7 years and am married to an Army Veteran who continues to serve in the military today.
